Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Phlebotomist to join our growing clinic team. This role is primarily responsible for performing high-quality venipuncture and supporting clinical operations, while also assisting the front desk with reception duties as needed.

Primary Responsibilities (Clinical Focus)
- Perform venipuncture and blood draws with confidence, precision, and patient comfort in mind
- Properly label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory pickup
- Maintain exam room readiness and clinical supply inventory
- Support provider during in-clinic procedures when needed
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinic protocols
- Uphold strict sanitation and safety standards
Reception Support Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Assist with scheduling and appointment confirmations
- Answer phone calls and direct patient inquiries appropriately
- Support patient check-out and payment processing
- Maintain an organized and polished front office environment
Preferred Experience
- 1+ year of phlebotomy experience
- Strong venipuncture skills with high patient satisfaction
- Comfortable interacting with patients in a self-pay environment
Required Qualifications
- Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional presentation and demeanor
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
