Primary Responsibilities

- Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional, and welcoming manner
- Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and calendar optimization
- Answer phone calls promptly and direct patient inquiries appropriately
- Process patient check-out and payments accurately
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation
- Support smooth daily clinic flow through proactive communication
- Maintain a clean, organized, and polished front office environment
Administrative Support Responsibilities
- Assist with patient intake forms and documentation
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Support inventory tracking for front office supplies
- Handle confidential patient information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Assist leadership with administrative projects as needed
Preferred Experience
- 1+ year of experience as a medical assistant or healthcare front desk role
- Phlebotomy experience is a plus
- Strong customer service background with high patient satisfaction
- Comfortable discussing services, pricing, and scheduling with confidence
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional presentation and demeanor
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
